I saw something recently about the Fitstar app, and how it customizes workouts for you. You can get two workouts a week for free, so I figured I’d give it a try to see if it’s worthwhile.
I really appreciate how the workouts are structured and demonstrated, and the combination of audio and visual cues. Plus, you give feedback after each exercise on how much you did and how it felt. And if my sore muscles are any indication, the workouts are definitely worthwhile.
